Over the past week, I’ve been working on enabling the new SSO functionality for our Freshdesk community portal. The goal is to allow seamless login between our main web app and the support site, so that users don’t have to maintain two separate accounts. I’ve followed the Freshdesk documentation as closely as possible, but I’m hitting a snag where test accounts are either not passing the correct user role or getting stuck in a login loop.

Before I open a ticket with support, I’d like to check with other community members to see if anyone has experienced similar issues, and if so, what solutions you found. Screenshots, configuration snippets, or even general advice on troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.
