I am reaching out because I’ve been experiencing an ongoing issue with the monthly reconciliation report export functionality in our system. For the last two months, whenever I try to generate the report in CSV format, the file either does not download or downloads as a corrupted file that cannot be opened in Excel. I’ve attempted this in multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and Edge) and on two different computers, so it doesn’t seem to be browser- or machine-specific.

Additionally, when I switch the export option to PDF, the file does download, but the formatting is incorrect—some of the tables are cut off, and certain columns are missing entirely. This makes it very difficult for our accounting team to complete the monthly reconciliation process. We rely heavily on this feature, and it has started to cause delays in our internal deadlines.

Here are the details of my attempts:

  • Date of last attempt: August 18, 2025, at 10:45 AM EST

  • Report type: Monthly Reconciliation Report (Accounts Payable)

  • File formats tested: CSV (failed), PDF (partially working but incorrect)

  • Browsers tested: Chrome (v125), Firefox (v119), Edge (v123)

  • Approx. file size when CSV export fails: 0 KB (empty file)

Could you please investigate this issue and let me know if it’s related to the recent system update? If possible, we’d also like to know if there are any temporary workarounds we can use in the meantime, since this is a critical part of our month-end process.
