Overview

SchoolCash Online lets parents and guardians pay school fees using supported credit cards and digital wallets. Available payment methods depend on your district’s location and payment configuration.


Before you begin

  • If you do not see an expected payment option at checkout, contact your District Administrator.
  • Discover is available in SchoolCash Online for U.S.-based districts only and is not available for Point of Sale transactions at this time.


Payment options

  • Visa - Pay by entering card details at checkout. In Canada, Interac debit payments may also be available depending on your district’s setup.
  • Mastercard - Pay by entering card details at checkout. In Canada, Interac debit payments may also be available depending on your district’s setup.
  • American Express - Available for U.S. clients only, depending on your district’s setup.
  • Discover - Available for U.S.-based districts where enabled.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay - Available when enabled for your district.

Key notes

  • Refunds for Interac debit payments are not supported in SchoolCash Online.

FAQs

Q: Can parents use American Express for payments?

A: Yes, if your district is U.S.-based, uses the transactional model, and American Express is enabled for your district’s SchoolCash Online payments. If you do not see it at checkout, contact your District Administrator.

Q: Can parents use Discover for payments?

A: Yes. Discover is available in SchoolCash Online for U.S.-based districts where the feature is enabled.


Q: Can parents use Discover at the school on a Point of Sale (POS) device?

A: Not at this time. Discover is currently available for SchoolCash Online only.
